Hoover VS Jackson Edge Performance 

Before going on stage to perform it’s always a little intimidating. You know that your peers are going to watch you dance and you don’t know how they are going to react. There is always that slight paralyzing fear that you could fall on your face or blank and forget all the steps. On the edge dance team we perform at shows, pep rallies, and boys and girls basketball games. Just this pastTuesday we performed at the girls hoover vs Jackson Basketball game. We all knew that this was a big game before we went on to perform at half time. We wanted to make sure that the entertainment was good and entertaining as the parents and friends of the team were watching. Before going on stage we ran a piece a few times making sure it was perfect before going out on the court. We then went and watched the first half of the game, the team was doing super well. Then the nerves for all of us kick in when it is our time to go out on the court. We do our EDGE Chant that we do everytime before we go out and perform that always takes the nerves off a little bit. We performed and it went so well. On top of that the girls basketball team takes home a huge win against hoover.
